Bust - Wrap a tape measure around your torso, over the fullest part of your bust with your arms relaxed, at your sides. It would be ideal to wear the bra you plan to use with the garment.
Waist - Wrap a tape measure around your natural waistline, which you will find above your belly button and below your rib cage. If you have trouble finding your natural waistline, do a couple of sidebends while pulling the tape measure into the crease that forms.
Hip - Drop the tape measure below your hip bones to the widest point of your bum. Take a look in the mirror to make sure the tape measure is level.
